Azure - Absolute Beachfront

We had people staying above us and we could hear every footstep above us. When outside on the verandah we had sand and water tipped on us from the balcony above. This is not a house you can have 2 separate groups stay in.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay, which fell significantly below expectations due to the following issues: 1. **Entertainment System & Wi-Fi:** The listing was misleading, as it failed to mention that personal memberships were required to access streaming services. 2. **Shared Entrance:** The shared entrance with the owner was not disclosed. The listing did not clarify that the owner resides on the upper level of the property while guests only occupy the downstairs area, compromising our privacy. 3. **Balcony Misrepresentation:** The advertised balcony was non-existent; only an outdoor area was provided. 4. **Owner’s Presence:** Despite prior confirmation from the property manager that the owner would be away, the owner was present during our stay. 5. **Hot Water Disruption:** The hot water valve was unexpectedly turned off, interrupting our access to hot water. 6. **Undisclosed Surveillance Camera:** A surveillance camera in the backyard was not disclosed, raising serious concerns about privacy. These issues caused significant discomfort and inconvenience, and the property did not meet the advertised standards.
